Yes we do.
We can support you one-on-one for a few hours to attend an appointment or a social occasion, or we can support you one-on-one for a larger engagement such as a day at the cricket or a festival, or a concert or a night at the opera. Whatever it is, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.
We are happy to work with you in whatever way suits you the best. If you have something organized already, we are more than happy to support you throughout. If you have something in mind that you’d love to do, we would be delighted to either work with you to organize it, or to take it on ourselves and get it organized for you.
Absolutely, just tell us what you’re thinking and we’ll start looking into it.
It could be an event or a concert or a theatre show or anything at all, we’ll get the ball rolling to get it underway – this includes tickets, transport, access, opportunities to eat, etc, etc.
Some NDIS plans can include a small pool of funds for events; however it is probably more common for participants to meet the costs of tickets, meals, etc, themselves.
We encourage our participants to organize Companion Cards which can be used to provide access for a support worker to accompany participants to events at no charge to the participant.
Blue House Supported Experiences is dedicated to you and your goals, no level of support is too small or too big, just talk to us and we will do everything we can to tailor support to meet your needs.
Absolutely, we can work with you to organize a night or multiple nights away for respite and recreation. Just tell us what you’re thinking, and we’ll get to work to make it happen.
At Blue House Supported Experiences our commitment is to people first and foremost, and whilst we are based in the Central Victorian town of Metcalfe (near Kyneton), we have the means with which to travel, so please don’t let geography be a barrier – if you’re keen to talk to us, we’re keen to talk to you!
